Instructor Panel

MightyLMS is multi-instructor — each instructor gets their own panel to manage courses, students and earnings.

Multi-Instructor Support

How it works
  • The platform supports multiple instructors, each with their own login and a dedicated Instructor dashboard, separate from the admin back office.
  • Instructors can create and manage their own courses, track enrollments, and view earnings without accessing other instructors’ data.
  • Admins can promote a registered user to Instructor from Instructor management in the sidebar, and approve or reject instructor sign-ups.
  • Each course is tied to its owning instructor, and revenue splits (commission) between the platform and instructor can be configured per instructor or course.

Best Practices Before You Publish

A short checklist to run through before sending any course live.

  • 1Complete Basic Info, Pricing and Media before moving a course out of Draft.
  • 2Organize Curriculum into clearly named Sections so learners can track progress.
  • 3Fill in FAQs and SEO fields — they directly influence conversion and search visibility.
  • 4Use Send for Review as a checkpoint before a course goes fully Published.
  • 5Set up System Settings (branding, currency, contact email) early, before onboarding instructors.
